Bio
Rick Springer was coordinator of the Hundredth Monkey, an anti-nuclear activist, and an emergency medical technician. His book, Excuse Me Mr. President, tells the story of the broken eagle incident, where former President Ronald Reagan got jostled and Rick got carted away by the Secret Service.
Rick died in 2010.
